THE FLUCTUATING DOLLAR UNEASINESS IN BRITAIN Prtw Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 16. The foreign exchange market was excited when the dollar plunged to a new low record. Uncertainty exists on the Stock Exchange owing to the fear that I'Tance may ■ devalue the franc. Coal owners also fear American competition in 'European markets. The Parisian market is not affected. No alarm will be felt so long as sterling is stable, for which reason the British Exchange Equalisation Fund is keenly welcomed.
