RUGBY, November 14, The second report of the Select Committee on the Road Traffic Compensation for Accidents and Emergency Treatment Bills deals with the provision for payment of doctors and hospitals for services in attending to persons injured in motor accidents. The committee proposed that doctors in hospitals should be paid 12s 6d for attending and treating ' persons so injured.
