(Received November 16, at 11 a.m.)l Vital portions of tbe Interallied Commission of Control’s report, which hav* been kept secret since 1927, are at last published at the instance of a Belgian senator, who contends that Germany Viever disarmed. The report declares: — Quantities of hidden arms and war material existed in Germany. The Budgetary provision _ for the German army was annually increased* The army was recruited and reorganised according to the Peace Treaty, but the regulations. wer« based on the forces of a great Power.Preparation for war was the final object of the training. ; - The police were militarised, and thS youth of the country was given military training in close alliance with the Reichswehr. Germany erected new fortification* contrary to tho Versailles Treaty.
