GLADSTONE CHURCH
The annual meeting of the congregation of the Gladstone Presbyterian Church, Dalmore, was held on Tuesday evening, when the Moderator, tho Rev. A. C. W. Standage, M.A., presided. Tho Chairman congratulated the church on. a successful year, despite difficult times. The treasurer, Mr Qvam, then read the report. Speaking of the work of the Sunday School, Mr Jenkins said that the number of scholars had reached thirty-nine. Mr Bush said that the church had felt a great loss in the passing of Mr 8011. During tho year the communion services had been taken by the Rev. Mr Standage and the Rev.'John Pringle. The minister gave a short summary of the Boys’ Brigade, the children’s choir, anti of tho work carried on in Leith Valley and Pine Hill.
