THE FEDERATION BBYCOTT prssi Association—By Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON, October 13, The Federation of Labour declared a boycott against all goods made in Germany and other countries whose Governments have opposed freetrade unions. The boycott was approved with only one dissenting vote among GOO delegates. The boycott was originally planned for Germany alone, but it has been extended to Italy, Russia, and China. When the Resolutions Committee reported that it was unwise to single out one Government, reference was made to the Government of Italy with _ its Fascism, Russia with its Communism, and China with its chaos.” AIMED AT GERMANY. WASHINGTON, October 14. (Received October 16, at 1.30 a.m.) The resolution was clarified by Mr W. Green, who explained that while adoption of the committee’s report was regarded as condemnation of Labour policies in Russia, Italy, and China, the boycott itself would be directed effectively only against Germany.
