REBELS ACTIVE BANGKOK WELL GUARDED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SINGAPORE, October 14. Never before has Bangkok seen such ah array cf armed force as that which assembled to meet the possibility of attack by rebels. Railway communication with the northern capital of Clueng-mai has ceased. Armoured cars are guarding the terminus of the railway to the southward. The Government has offered a reward of approximately £I,OOO for the capture of Princ* Bovaradej, the rebel leader. The country as a whole is understood to be supporting the Government.
