VISIT OF AUSTRALIAN TEAM [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, September 21. In vieiv of a letter Avhich has been received by the Neiv Zealand Boivling Association from the Australian Boavling Council in Melbourne, there is every probability that a strong Australian team Avill visit Ncav Zealand at tho end of the present year Avith a vieAV to taking part in the dominion tournament at Dunedin. It is proposed that test games should be played prior to the opening of the tournament. The secretary of the Australian Bowling Council is informing all_ clubs in Australia of the event, and it is proposed that the team shall leave Sydney by the Marama on December 29, arriving in Dunedin on January 3. The test games are to be played on January 4,5, and 6. Everything is being done to secure a strong representative side, and a good entry for the dominion tourney.
