OUTRAGE IN PUNJAB CLASH WITH VILLAGERS. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright CALCUTTA, September 15. Fifteen people were killed and fifty seriously injured in a clash between armed raiders and villagers near Ambala, Punjab. The gang raided the bouse of a rich money-lender at midnight and decamped with a big haul of money and jewels. They attacked the villagers, but after heavy firing they fled to tho jungle.
