PRIDE OF LEITH FORESTERS At the ninth annual meeting of the Pride of the Leith Foresters’ Cricket Club there was a good attendance of members present, the president, _ Bro. H. H. Gaston, occupying the chair. In referring to the annual report, tho chairman stated that he considered the performances of the club during the past season to have been quite satisfactory, and felt that the chib had displayed its usual good _ sportmanship during the competitions under the auspices of the Otago Cricket League. Several members also spoke to the report and congratulated the committee on its good work. The balance sheet as submitted by the treasurer disclosed a very satisfactory credit balance, which would be utilised in procuring new material for the incoming season. The treasurer, Bro. J, K. Mftcfie, and Bro, E. P. Hellyer, dealt with the balance sheet, and congratulated the club on its good financial standing, considering the difficult time experienced by all clubs.
