TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12. (Before MrJ. R; Bartholomew, S'.M.) DEFAULT CASES. Judgment, with costs ; was given for plaintiffs in the following undefended cases:—Charles , Begg. and Co. Ltd. v. George Richards, £45, goods supplied; W. T. Henaghali v. E. Strathdee, 18s, professional services rendered and goods supplied; Brace, Windle, Blyth, and Co. Ltd. v. Benjamin S. Muro (Wedderburn), £1 9s 3d, account stated; T. P. Twining and S. Burt (Shag Point) v. J. Williams, £6 ss, goods supplied; H. Wise and Co. (N.Z.) Ltd. v. Henry T. Head (Kaitaia), £1 10s, cost of advertisement; Lambert Bros. Ltd. v. James Fraser, 11s 3d, good supplied. POSSESSION OF PREMISES. James Butler (Winton) proceeded against Edward C. Coster to recover possession of a tenement at 151 Maitland street and £5 14s 3d, the amount of rent due, the magistrate making an order for possession on or before September 26, and judgment being given for plaintiff for £3 Is 3d, costs amounting to £1 10s 6d being allowed.
