FRANCE'S BEDROCK POLICY ANXIOUS ABOUT GERMANY Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, September 6. The 1 Chronicle’s ’ Paris correspondent says rigid inspection and control of armaments is now tho bedrock French policy for the Disarmament Conference. So seriously is the rearming of Germany regarded in France that if Germany refuses to accept such control Franco will undoubtedly take steps to bring matters to a head, with or without the support of other Powers.
