HARBOUR BOARD NOTICES. OTAGO HARBOUR BOARD. ELECTION OF MEMBERS FOR TEARS 1935-1935. NOTICE TO PAYERS OF HARBOUR DUES. IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED that Lists of the Payers of Harbour Dues on Ships and of the Papers of Harbour Dues Other Than Dues on Ships, of Three Pounds (£3) and over, for the year ended 31st December, 1952, have been prepared. In accordance with the .Regulations for the Election of Members of Harbour Boards, these Lists will be OPEN FOR INSPECTION, during office hours, at the Office of the Board. Birch street, on each day from the 26tb until the 31st instant, inclusive. The undersigned will, during the said period, add to the Lists the name of every person, firm, or corporate body who, by production of receipts or otherwise, satisfies him that the said person, firm, or corporate body is entitled to be enrolled thereon, and that the name of such person, firm, or corporate body has been wrongfully omitted from the said Lists. A SPECIAL MEETING of the Board will be held at the Board’s Offices, at 7 p.m. on THURSDAY, February 23rd Next, to receive and adjudicate upon any written objections to the said Lists, and upon any written application that the name of any person, firm, or corporate body be entered thereon. All such objections or applications must be lodccd with the Undersigned not less than seven (7) days before Thursday. February 23rd next. The said Lists, as approved by the Board, at such Special Meeting, shall be the Rolls of Electors in respect of the Elections by the Payers of Harbour Dues on Ships and the Payers of. Harbour Dues Other Than Dues, oh Ships respectively, to be held on May 3rd Nexbg. No additions whatever can be made to the Lists after their approval by the Board on February '23rd. J.
