A match was played between the teams from Alexandra Park and Ocean Beach, the latter winning by 65 runs. Ocean Beach scored 87 and 75 runs (H. Groves 30, Madox 22, Griffiths 18, Rutherford 18, Carter 14, Ileddington 14 not out). Alexandra Park replied with 48 and 49 (Heathman 21, Lees 11). Bowling for Ocean Beach Griffiths took five wickets, G. Groves four, Himburg three, H. Nelson two, I. Campbell two. Bowling for Alexandra Park Harris took eleven, Scott four, Guthrie three.
