Warm weather takes out of the'skin certain things it is vital to replace if you desire to foster loveliness and possess, in all circumstances, an exquisitely smooth and supple skin. Some skins, of course, become oily in hot weather—if yours is of that type read no further, for this talk is on dry skins. Write to me, at St, James’ Bldgs., Sydney, and I will advise you concerning skin oiliness. DRY SKIN TREATMENT (To be canted out just before going to bed) First of all your skin must be cleanedthoroughly, but very gently. Squeeze a piece of cotton wool in cold water. Moisten with my Astringent Skin Tonic, then dip in ‘Facial Youth’ Cleansing Cream. With this prepared pad, cleanse the skin from the ‘chin upwards, giving special care to the sides of the nose. Now the neck, using more Cleansing Cream for this. Remove with a soft towel, then wash with ‘Paris’ Facial Soap and warm water. Dry gently, and pat In Kathleen Court’s ultra soft Cold Cream, unless you have wrinkles, when you should use my Night Cream instead. Leave on all night. In the morning, wash with ‘Paris’ Soap and cold water, dry, and apply the merest trace of my Cold Cream. Wipe over this with a pad of cotton wool moistened with my Skin Tonic, and wipe off again 'with a soft towel. You are now ready for your make-up.
