(Received January 24, at 1.45 p.m.y) Declaring that the British Columbia; coal industry was seriously threatened* the Canadian colleries of British Column bia are protesting to the Government! against the importation of British bw luminous coal. Colonel C. W. yilliers (director) charges dumping despite the fact that Canada had agreed to absorhl 1,000,000 tons of anthracite coal yearly to displace foreign anthracite.
