TURKEY AND BRAZIL A DEAL ARRANGED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. CONSTANTINOPLE, January 20. (Received January 21, at 9 a.m.) Turkey and Brazil have concluded a three-years’ deal whereby Brazil barters £440,000 worth of coffee for the equivalent of Turkey’s tobacco and dried fruits, thus saving the Turkish Government buying foreign currency. She is negotiating in a similar manner with certain European States.
