The . continued shrinkage in the storage 1 reservoirs renders it essential that the supply be strictly conserved, and house-■holders-are therefore urged to economise in eyery possible , x direction. DOG'REGISTRATION, 1933. -"PURSUANT to Section 8 of “The Dogs X -Registration Act, 1908,” NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the FEB fop the registration of dogs for the Borough of Port Chalmers for the year 1933 is NOW PAYABLE to the Registrar of Dogs at the Town Clerk’s Office, Beach street, Port Chalmers. The amount of the fee has been fixed as follows; ■For each dog kept solely for the purpose of herding or driving sheep or cattle, two shillings and. sixpence. .
