COLLISION AT SEA
ONE VESSEL SINKS EIGHT LIVES LOST (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, December 21. (Received December 22, at 11.30 a.m.) The steamers Gateshead and Miranda collided off Seaheam Harbour this morning. The Gateshead sank and the Captain and seven of the crew were drowned. Five were rescued and taken on board the Miranda.
