IRISH FREE STATE PROPOSAL A DOLLAR UNIT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, December 13. (Received December 14, at 9 a.m.) The ‘ Daily Mirror ’ reports that the Free State is planning an independent currency with an Irish Dollar unit. The security of £6,000,000 is being withdrawn from the Bank of England.
