The United Kingdom trade returns for November show a slight - increase in both imports and exports compared with the previous month. Compared with November last year the improvement in the trade balance is indicated by a decline of over £2I,OOO,OOCMn imports, against a decrease of £750,000 in exports. For eleven months of the year the imports show a decrease of £142,500.000, and the exports a decrease of £24,000,000,, compared with the corresponding period or 1931, the figures being: Imports £642,575,000, and exports £332,641,000.
