INTRUDER AT DOORN
FOUND AT EX-KAISER’S RESIDENCE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. AMSTERDAM, December 13. A well-dressed, unknown German, armed with a revolver and a bowie knife, was discovered in the cellar of the ex-Kaiser’s residence. It is believed that he intended to attempt assassination. He was overpowered after a vigorous resistance. He refuses to make a statement. ‘ r 1 The "police "are' reticent in' regard to the affair; The’servants recognised the man as one who had been seen loitering in the village during the past few days. Apparently he climbed the castle wall and hid in the tower.
