In view of the fact that a Communist march about December 15 is definitely Elanned, and the possibility of another onus expedition about the same time, the _ police chief has requested the officials to grant him complete authority to evict the marchers if necessary, so as to preclude the possibility of military action, as was the case in connection with the previous bonus marchers.
