EAST INDIES SQUADRON (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, October 11. The cruiser Hawkins left Portsmouth for service as flagship in the East Indies squadron, in place of the Effingham. The Hawkins is due at Bombay on November 10.
