BOY SOPRANO’S TOUR. Lex Macdonald, who ranks among the foremost boy sopranos in the world to-day, will begin his New Zealand tout; in the Town Hall on Wednesday, Oo* tober 26. His voice is one that thnlla with its wonderful power and its rare floating quality which enables th» lightest note to be clearly heard at tha back of the largest hall. This is due to his perfect production, as the faintest inflection conies to the auditor with cameo clarity. During his recent visit to Australia he astounded the critics. There will be a strong supporting programme, of which particulars will bo published at a later date. > His concert in the Wellington Town. Hall last night was attended, by over 2,000. and the boy soprano was accorded a wonderful reception.
