HANDICAPS DECLARED Good entries have boon received for tlie first track and cycling meeting of tho season at the Caledonian Ground on Saturday afternoon, which is being licit! under the allspices of the Otago Centre of tho New Zealand Amateur Athletic and Cycling Association. In addition to running, cycling, and walking events, a two-mile interclub relay, mile medley interclub relay, and 440yds secondary schools’ relay will be decided. The handicappcr (Mr 13. H.
