HANDICAPS DECLARED Good entries have boon received for tlie first track and cycling meeting of tho season at the Caledonian Ground on Saturday afternoon, which is being licit! under the allspices of the Otago Centre of tho New Zealand Amateur Athletic and Cycling Association.
