LONDON, September 26. The * Daily Herald,’ announcing that Signor Mussolini intends to call 1,200,000 reservists to mobilisation, beginning on November 1, says: “ Interpreting the policy at present prevailing at the Disarmament Conference, Signor Mussolini believes that the army must ha larger and of a higher standard of physical fitness. No limit has been announced for the duration of mobilisation, but it is believed that when the examinations are complete the men will bo sent back home.’
