The radio exhibition at Olympia was visited this morning by the PostmasterGeneral (Sir Kingsley Wood), who inspected the apparatus staged by the Post Office to assist in cutting out interference with broadcast reception. He praised the close co-operation existing between the Post Office and the British Broadcasting Company, which had enabled more than 10,000 cases of electric interference to be dealt with annually.
