RUSSIAN WHEAT CROP Frew Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MOSCOW, July 31. Only 32,000,000 acres of wheat, or 15 per cent, of the whole area sown, have been harvested, compared with 43,000,000 on the same date in 1931. Soviet papers are exhorting the people, especially in the Ukraine, to hurry the harvest to prevent losses.
