CHRISTCHURCH COMPLAINTS C?, SYSTEM board to inquire [Per United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, August 2. A complete investigation or the system adopted by the Labour Department in issuing ration tickets in Christchurch is to be made by the Unemployment Board as the result of numerous complaints of the operation of the system having been made to the' MmMr Jessep, deputy-chairman of the hoard, will' visit Christchurch shortly to discuss the position with the Citizens ■ Committee and others interested in the problem. •
