REVOLUTIONARIES EXECUTED

FORTY-FOUR LINED UP AND SHOT ACTION BY PERUVIAN GOVERNMENT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LIMA (Peru), August 1. (Received August 2, at 10 a.m.) The Government announced to-day that forty-four men were executed on Wednesday at Trujillo for participating in the revolt early last month. The men were convicted by court martial, taken out and lined up on the edge of trenches they themseves had dug around the city, and shot. One hundred and one were condemned to death, but fifty-seven have not yet been taken into custody. Dunnet, T. F. Hunt, J. F. Hutton, N. A. Ingle, A.
