Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.

WASHINGTON, July 5,

(Received July 6, at 11.20 a.m.)

The 2,100,000,000d0l compromise Unemployment Bill was finally ratified by the House of Representatives and the Senate at a conference to-day. Indications meanwhile are increasing that President Hoover will veto the measure if the conference report is approved in its present form. The conference approved of the final draft in the same form as previously, and tentatively agreed upon carrying 300,000,000d0l for a direct relief loan to the States, 322,000,000d0l for public construction and a billion ’and a-hnlf for loans through the Reconstruction Corporation, both public and private. , .
