ON THE ROLLERS
MURRAY'S RINK Prices, for admission to Murray’* Rink in Moray place have been substantially reduced, in order to enable skaters to enjoy their recreation at a minimum of expense. At each session, to-day competitions for free passes have been held, and these competitions will be continued at to-night’s extended session. Daily and nightly, during the past few months, the sessions have been well attended, and the smooth floor and well-cared-for skates should be again heavily taxed to-night and during coming sessions. The general appointment* at the rink, as well as the services of professional instructors, add greatly to the pleasure to be derived from a visit to this place of amusement. The first late party of the season will be held on Tuesday evening next, when a “hard-up party” will take place.. Variety and plenty of excitement ar* sure to he. found on the specially-ar-ranged programme. All other particua lars in connection with to-night s and other sessions will be found m the advertising section. REGAL RINK Patrons of the Regal Rink, at th« corner of St. Andrew and Cumberland streets, appreciate the great improvement in the surroundings at the rink since the hall has been thoroughly redecorated. The colour scheme is yellow and green, and the soft light is very; gratifying to skaters, and shows up the ladies’ costumes to great advantage. Several special features will_ ba introduced to-night, including the final of the clue spot for men. This event has created a great deal of friendly rivalry, and the winner will be announced to-night. Full particulars of sessions will be found in the advertising cclumns of this issue. _
