A CHRISTIAN PRONOUNCEMENT
It has often been asked, during recent months, what has Christianity to say about this or about that; what view does the Christian Church take concerning some burning question ? In reply to this challenge, the Council of Christian Congregations has arranged for a series of lectures to be given during July, on five successive Sunday evenings, after the ordinary church services. The details are advertised in this issue, and it is anticipated that the speakers will assist many to formulate Christian conceptions and conclusions. The lectures will be given in the Town Hail Concert Chamber, and the support of the public is solicited. The first lecture will bo given in the Town Hall Concert Chamber on Stmdav, Julv I), at S o'clock, by Archdeacon Whitehead, whoso subject will be 1 The Tragedy of Bolshevism./ All men and women arc heartily invited.
