THE POPPY FUNDS.

TO THB EDITOR. Sir, —I would like to draw your attention to the work given to soldiers at Chisholm Park. If the disabled soldiers with pensions are going to share in the No. 5 scheme as well, I think other returned soldiers in distress without a pension have a just right to share in the poppy funds. It appears to mo that those who can put up the best t a lc—and some are masters in the art—are the ones that get the best hearing. I have not qualified in that art yet. If they are disabled, how can they work on the No. 5 scheme and at Chisholm Park as well?—I am, etc., Member. June 14.
