FINE COMEDY CAST

'HER MAJESTY LOVE- SHOULD PLEASE 1 Her Majesty Love,’ starring Marilyn Miller, the radiant dancing comedienne of ‘ Sally ’ and ‘ Sunny,’ together with Ben Lyon, will be seen at the Regent Theatre to-morrow. In ‘Her Majesty Love’ appears Marilyn Miller of the infectious smile, who brings, such delightful zest to ail her films. 'She makes an ideally gay figure of an entertainer in a Berlin cabaret, who sings for her patrons and laughs at the ardent wooing of Ben Lyon. This young man has been satisfactorily cast in a light comedy role. He can-preserve this twinklfe through all the opposition of his stodgy family to his marriage with Marilyn. Four fine comedians move round the young pair Leon Errol is a bad baron, Ford Sterling is a pompous factory manager, W. C. Fields is Marilyn’s seedy father, and Chester Conklin a down-trodden friend. But there is no need to take tho lovers’ difficulties too seriously, for their fortunate romance ends where it began, in the cabaret. Take a second look at tho cast, and then expect something really good in the way of bubbly comedy—bubbly being a fair word, for champagne flows through the picture in an uncontrollable flood. Characters have plenty to drink, in a nice, wholesome way at the same time intoxicating audiences with their amusing antics. A pleasant love story, treated muscally, but losing none of its conviction, Marilyn Miller is blonde and lovable in the part of Lia, and Ben Lyon does nicely as her lover. Fields, Sterling, Conklin, Erroll, and Maude Eburne are liberal with their comedy.
