CULT OF THE NUDE
CANADIAN PARADE SUPPRESSED Prow Association —By Telegraph—Copyright, VANCOUVER, May 2. (Received May 3, at 1.30 p.m.) . The spectacle at Nelson of 117 men and women parading in the nude until they were subdued by the provincial police met with a demand by the At-torney-General (Mr Pooley) that the dominion legislation providing three years’ imprisonment for nudists should be enforced. The paraders are members of a Russian sect which settled in British Columbia ten years ago.
