THE FMM TRAGEDY CASE [Peb United Press Association.] PALMERSTON NORTH, May 3. The Supreme Court sessions opened before Mr Justice Reed, who addressed the grand jury on the four criminal cases for trial—a charge of murder against John Dillon Corrigan, who allegedly shot his parents dead near Eketahuna, on March 28; Bernard M'Mahon, alleged indecent assault on a child; Charles Frederick Ammon, alleged theft of totalisator tickets, or money obtained therefrom; Burton Charles Waldegrave, alleged negligent driving of a car, thereby causing the death of a woman passenger.
