VISIT TO AUSTRALIA LONDON, April 17. Captain Peter Eckersley, the noted radio engineer, is sailing for Australia by the Otranto on a convalescing trip. Ho promises to study broadcasting m the Commonwealth. Captain Eckersley, who is a grandson of Professor Huxley, is a director of several big radio companies. Ha was head of the experimental section of the Marconi Company, chief engineer to the British Broadcasting Corporation, and designed the Croydon wireless station.
