UNEMPLOYED DEMONSTRATION
ANOTHER MAN ARRESTED Arthur Waters, aged twenty-eight years, described as a New Zealander, appeared at the Police Court this morning, charged with inciting lawlessness on April 11. Sub-inspector Cameron applied for a remand until April 20, stating that the accused had taken part in the unemployed demonstration on April 11. The accused said he wanted bail if he could get it. . , ~, “ He is a man of riotous conduct, J said the Sub-inspector, who stated that lie opposed bail in view of the trouble the police were having. The Magistrate remanded the accused until April 20, and refused bail.
