RAILWAY INQUIRY (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, April 13. The Colonial Secretary has appointed Mr Rogers Gibb to conduct investigations into railway questions in British East African territories. Mr Gibb will be released from his duties as chairman of the Rhodesia Railways Commission for the period of this inquiry.
