BRITISH DELEGATION (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY. April 13. Members of the United Kingdom branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association, forming a parliamentary delegation to Bermuda headed by Lord will leave London to-morrow. They will attend a conference with members of the Canadian Parliament and the Bermudian Legislature, at which Imperial preference, steam ship services, and currency matters will he discussed.
