IDENTIFIED AS A TEST. Tim specimen of white butterfly found ut Timaru has been definitely identified by the Government Entomologist as a pest that entered tho dominion two years ago, and is a menace to green crops, including swedes and rape. A further supply of parasites is being introduced. Spraying is effective in gardens, but useless in farming conditions. —Chrstclmrch Press Association.
