One hundred and fifty arrests have been made in tho past three days. Most of the arrests were made during a procession celebrating “ Teasants’ Day.” All those participating wore red shirts. The other arrests were for the picketing of foreign cloth stores. INCITING TEASANTS. MRS KASTURBHAJ SENTENCED AGAIN. DELHI, March 16. (Received March 17, at 1.30 a.m.) Mrs Kasturbhai, who was recently released after serving imprisonment for inciting peasants to refuse to pay rents, was sentenced at Bardoli to six months’ rigorous imprisonment for a similar offence.
