FORESTERS
Court Excelsior (No. 6,128, A.0.P.) held its fortnightly meeting on February 16. C.R. Bro. J. W. Leitch presided over a full attendance of officers and a good muster of menibers. The secretary’s action in sending a letter of sympathy to Bro. A. Macintosh on the death of his father was endorsed, members standing in silence. Bro. Himmol, of Court Enterprise, again visited. The secretary reported on the committee meeting ro the combined It was decided that the second page of the combined syllabus allotted to the court have the photo of P.C.R. Bro. G. D. Hay and a few notes of his work as a Forester printed on it. P.C.R. Bro. Wilson and P.C.R. Bro._ Arnold reported on the juvenile meeting and a visit to Court St. Andrew’s respectively. The matter of a new respect board was brought up and it was decided that a committee be formed to make inquiries in re procuring a new board. P.D.C.11. Bro. Yercoo and P.C.R. Bro. Thompson, who were present as judges of the ritual competition, wore welcomed by the C.R. and suitably responded to the toast of “ The Visitors,” Musical items, for which P.C.R. Bro. J. Arnold and Bro. R. Reynolds were responsible, concluded the evening.
