The application of luminous paint to danger spots along the highway is advocated by an American inventor of Boston, who has built a model to illustrate his plan. The paint, absorbing energy from the sun during the day, would glow at night. The inventor wants fences, curves, and telegraph poles to be painted. suggests that largo vehicles also bo painted, so that small cars could pass then with greater safety. i
