FAVOURING WOULD DISARMAMENT OVER TWO HUM SIGNATURES (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright* RUGBY, January 21. (Received January 22, at noon.) A declaration in favour of world disarmament. which bears 2,120,000 signatures, was given a send off on its journey from the London headquarters of the Women’s International League to Geneva yesterday. Addresses were given by Viscount Cecil and others. 1 The Archbishop of Canterbury will preside over a disarmament demonstration of Christian people in Albert Hall on February 2, when the Disarmament Conference opens at Geneva. , The speakers will include representatives of all denominations of the Christian religion. The purpose of the meeting is to promote the success of the Disarmament Conference through insistence on the moral obligations of all Powers to disarm in accordance with their pledge*
