(Received January 22j at 9 a.m.) London will never have skyscrapers, but the 1 Daily Express ’ understands that the committee of the London County Council recommends that the maximum height of buildings be 120 ft, even in some circumstances 150, _ instead of as at present 100 ft. Actually the limit for a building fronting a street at present is 80ft, but two extra stories may be built on the roof provided they are set back.
