POLICE INSPECTOR STABBED TWO STUDENTS ARRESTED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. DELHI, January 20. East Bengal, which is the hotbed of the revolutionary movement, was again the scene of a dastardly outrage. Police Inspector Bourne, an Englishman, was stabbed in the head at Dacca and left unconscious after being robbed of his revolver. The police later raided a students’ hostel attached to Dacca University, and arrested two students.
