Business is at a standstill there, also at Townville r.nd Innisfail. A girl was drowned near Innisfail. Boats are plying at the latter place. The rain as now ceased, but cyclonic conditions prevail. High winds are ravaging the whole northern coast, and are working down to New South Wales. STRANGE SCENES AT FUNERAL SYDNEY, January 20.
