SIR HENRY COWAN Press Association—By Telegraph—Copy;ight. LONDON, January 11. (Received January 12, at 1 p.m.) The death is announced of Sir Henry Cowan. [Sir Henry Cowan was chairman of Parkinson and Cowan Ltd. He sat ui the House of Commons as Liberal from 1906 to 1910 and as a Unionist from 1923 to 1929, He travelled extensively in the dominions and colonies. He was seventy years of age.]
